Procedure

Phase A - Add hot water to main container and begin moderate propeller agitation. Sprinkle in MAS 102, mix well for a minimum of one hour. Begin heating to 80u00c2u00b0C. Add remaining phase A ingredients, mixing well after each addition. Phase B - In a separate container premix phase B, add premix to main tank. Continue heating and maintain temperature at 80u00c2u00b0C. Phase C - In a separate container premix phase C and heat to 80u00c2u00b0C. When both main tank and phase C are 80u00c2u00b0C, add phase C to the main tank, mix well until uniform. Begin cooling batch to room temperature. Phase D - When batch reaches below 40u00c2u00b0C add phase D ingredients to the main container, mix well after each addition. Homogenize if necessary to obtain a smooth consistency.
